That did make a change to your auto insurance rate, but this is standard practice - not "greed". I do thank you for your 7 years of loyalty and also apologize that your claims made you ineligible. If you need anything else or want to speak with me about the issue, please let me know. I understand the frustration but taking it out on a local Agent's Google reviews doesn't seem right to me. "
