"I called in today to get a quote on some Car Ins. and The agent I spoke with his name was Taren I have to say that I’m giving him 10 stars you only have five, but I would give him 10 these are the reasons he made me feel very comfortable. He was very very patient with me. Did not rush me at all and spoke very clear where I could understand, wasn’t upset at me at all for asking a lot of questions which he answered each and every one of them he broke it all down for me. He took his time and answered all my questions and then some also that only am I going with Allstate because he was very pleasant he had a smooth voice very articulate. I would say that is excellent customer service. I am 65 a bit of an old lady and he really walked me through everything. Thank you Allstate, but I especially think.Taren Thank you, thank you and I also will be getting life insurance through him as well thank you sir for your pleasantry and your excellent customer Service👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽"
